In most product teams, interfaces are designed in static environments and implemented in completely different ones.

Between these environments, interface decisions are reinterpreted. This is where integrity is lost.

Traditional design describes appearance, but not behavior, constraints, or structure. By the time implementation begins, key aspects remain undefined.

An interface is not a visual layer, but a functional surface of the product. It should be evaluated in the same environment in which it will exist.

We work directly into executable states. Prototypes exist in the browser. Layout, logic, and constraints are resolved before handoff.

Development receives production-ready structures, not interpretive material.

Figma remains an effective tool for exploration and documentation. Evaluation does not happen there. What moves forward is already code.
